Team Checkin (Digital)
Before Anything Else!
Open the Checkin link in an incognito window – the same link as spectator admissions. For directions on how to access this link, review the admissions process document here.
Basic Team Check-in Workflow
- On the Teams tab, locate a team in the list and click the Checkin button

A pop-up notification appears stating: “Team Checked in successfully.”
Observe the "Roster Complete" status column for the team.
If the team has < 5 players, status displays No; if the team has ≥ 5 players, status displays Yes.

- If you do not wish to add players to the roster at that time, close the modal.
❗️NOTE❗️
Ideally, all teams should have rostered players!!
If the team does not have rostered players, then the players are not visible to scouts and college coaches!!
Advise the coach of this very important step and ask if they would like you to add players to their roster. Then, follow the steps below.
Adding Players to the Roster
- In the popup modal, click the Edit Roster button.
- In the search field, enter a player name.
If a match appears, click Add to Roster.

- If no match appears, a Create Player form will auto-display.
- If there are matches but not the correct player match, simply scroll down and click the Create Player button to create a new player.
- In the form, only Full Name, Jersey Number, and Class are required fields.
- Fill out the fields and click Submit.
